SMART GIRL CLASSES STARTING

After great success with group seminars, RMA Karate Centres is expanding their SMART GIRL program to include regular weekly classes.  The program developed by world karate champion Tressa Young is designed to help boost  the self-esteem and self-confidence of young girls through kickboxing, self-defense instruction and positive image exercises.

“This program gives girls a positive female role model to work with.  I along with the help of my female students engage the girls through fun kickboxing and self-defense lessons while also weaving discussions through positive image exercise to improve self-esteem and body image.  This program is unique having all of these factors giving the girls the chance to talk about school-related pressures and more”, third degree black belt Tressa Young said.

The classes starts July 7th running every Tuesday and will be FREE for the month of July,  To register your child for the Smart Girl program call 705-796-1994 or email info@rmakarate.com .
