Affordable Summer Kickboxing Program Registration

RMA Karate Centres is now accepting registration for their summer kickboxing program.  The classes taught by accredited world karate and kickboxing champion Tressa Young have the participant taking class at their own fitness level while striving to reach their full potential.   Jabs, crosses, hooks, palm-heel strikes and other hand strikes are taught along with kicks and bag work while all along improving cardio and fitness levels.

RMA is offering an affordable summer special which can start before the summer months begin.  When one person joins for 2 months at $30 a family member or friend can join for only $15. 

The kickboxing classes for ages 13 years and older run Monday and Thursday evenings and Tuesday mornings.    For more information call 705-796-1994 or visit www.rmakarate.com .
