3 out of the 5 athletes who are competing in the fight divisions includes RMA's own Sensei Tressa Young and all 3 have met their weight class. This means that the weight class that they qualified for at the Canadian nationals is the same as what they are fighting in for the world championships.
The rest of today will be left to a trip to the beach, chatting with other martial artists from other countries, a healthy dinner and plenty of rest to help be ready for tomorrow.
